New without the tags. I never wore them. Elastic at the waist for comfort fit, offer some stretch thanks to the Spandex, fall loosely with wide legs. I found them to be form flattering. I take the measurements while garment laid flat, offered as a curtesy and approximate to the best of my ability. Waist - 35” (without stretching) can go easily 2" more Front rise - 13.5" Back rise - 17" Leg opening - 19"
