NEARLY NEW without tags. No signs of wear, holes, stains, pilling or fading. Worn for a few hours and then dry cleaned. These are white and black. They are size 4 but quite stretchy. Measurements while flat: Waist is 14.25" or 15.5" when stretched. Unseen is 28". Rise is 8.75". Hips approx. 17", but stretches considerably in this area.
