High Waist Flare Leg Pants

Please see sizing chart. Reposhing this boutique item I purchased from @bydesign888. Loved it, but they don't fit me properly and they are too long. I should have paid attention to the length in the size chart. I was going to take them to be hemmed but never did, tried them on again today and they are tight, sadly. Lovely pants. Never worn.
