Great summer or tropical vacation beach dress. Very light and stretchy material. Easy wash and hang dry. Wrinkle free. It has long ties (partially beaded) for fastening around the neck but can also be worn strapless. Stretches from 15.5" - 20" across the top. Removable bust pads. Long length.
