jcyyc @kreid50000 the waist is about 28inches, dress flairs out below the waist but is around 35 inches a few inches below the waist. The bust is 16 inches accrocs the front (about 33 inches overall). Overall dress length is 37 inches and the shirt portion is 21 inches below the waist.

jcyyc Sleeve length measuring from where the top part of the sleeve joins the body to the end of the sleeve is 25 inches. Armpit to end of sleeve is 19 inches.
