luminous_moon_ My buyer is pretending that the item i sent was broken They say they don’t have package materials so they are just gonna keep it that’s stealing, I shipped the package early as soon as they ordered, with bubble wrapped and used packaging air bags and a extra ziplock. There is no way it could break. I am a seller dealing with buyer scam, they did not pay and are keeping the item, even after they filed a return case please help me

luminous_moon_ The buyer made two fake images of something that is not the item and pretending it was that and that it was broken, it is not. The proof that I sent in the email that I wrote to Poshmark shows the item looks nothing like what the buyer is saying, I know they are lying because I know what the item looks like, And the two pictures they sent in the return case are fake.

Also how to turn the notifications off there are several people stating on how to turn them off. Cause to be honest I’m tired of seeing all the complaining on here .
