NWT Sz 38 Floral Design Cotton Stretch Flat Front Above the Knee

Goodfellow & Co Linden Short, 38 waist. Original tag still attached. Retailed for $18.99 USD at Target, 2018. (Approx $26 Canadian) Please note, the tags indicate a 9" inseam but I am measuring closer to 8.5" (see last 2 pictures). These shorts are above the knee shorts and they do fit on the smaller side. My husband wears 38 or 40 depending on the fit of an item, these are to small for him. 98% Cotton, 2% Spandex. They are a very dark navy blue with tan colored pattern.
