Nintendo 64 N64 Wayne Gretzky's 3D Hockey 98 Midway Cartridge Only Tested.  Game is tested and working.  Front label is in very good condition; some light scuffs and dents but no tears or fading (Photo #2).  Back label has two long torn strips across the center and adhesive residue in between (Photos #4,5).  Edge connector is clean (Photo #3).  Please see all photos for detail.
