@zehavajacobs Hey thanks for your query, Poshmark ships all items insured so if it does arrive damaged insurance will cover reimbursement. this item is sealed inbox and has never been payed, Nintendo warranties are done through online registry and are valid for 1 year.
we also ship all items with extra packing to ensure no damage on shipping.
