Pendleton wool Zip Up Vest unisex (?) / Men’s size small or women’s size medium

Beatific, classic wool vest in great shape by Pendleton. Super classic look. Zipper is working and very sturdy. Wool colour scheme is red, tan, brown. Two front pockets. Super warm liner. Boxier fit - I would say would fit women’s up to size medium and men’s up to size small. See measurements below. This came from a house with dogs, some dog hair present.
