Chest:17" Waist(where the upper part of the dress ends):15" All measurements are approximate taken flat. DETAILS tulle, satin, bow-detailed, basic solid color, wide neckline, sleeveless, rear closure, zip, fully lined. New on tags. There are to very tiny holes in the back where the sipper start, very minimal, not visible at all. I guess is from storage but not sure. Anyway, does not reflect at all on the image of this beautiful dress.
