modern_kids What are the measurements? waist, hip and length? also is it a high waist skirt at the natural waist or is it meant to sit lpwer? is it stiff or more.."flowy"? for lack of a better word. wondering if it sits nicely over the hips or is it stiff. also is it machine washable? thanks

jahtaviar @modern_kids pleather (pu leather or fake leather) is known for it imitation of leather, which is flexible yet stiff. It doesn’t stretch or blow in the wind. It’s a bit more form fitting but not tight since the bottom goes in by half an inch, so not completely straight in cut. Waist: 16.25 inch Hips 19.5 Length: 14.5
