Polka dot Blouse Small.

I bought this is at Forever 21 in Waikiki. It's a really pretty top, can wear dressed up or casual. I loved to wear it to the beach over my swimsuit or with some black cut off shorts. Unfortunately it doesn't fit me anymore. My loss.
