Rare Seiko 6106-7589 not running

Seiko automatic DX 17 jewel. 6106-7589. This is not ticking at all. The rotor moves. The hands move when turning the crown. The date quick set works. The dial is really nice with thick hour markers and a gradient effect. If you are a watchmaker there are lots of parts available for this watch! It would be stunning if you can replace or replate the case. It’s too much for me to do! Sold as seen please. Happy to answer questions but I am no watchmaker!
