Sterling Silver Holland Windmill Letter Opener

Good preowned vintage condition sterling silver windmill letter opener from Holland by GEHA. The windmill spins. Not entirely certain what the exact composition is, but you can tell it is silver by the very slight yellow tarnishing, along with a few tarnished imperfections). Not sure about the darker tarnishes, but the yellowing should come out with the old baking soda, tinfoil and hot water trick and gentle buffing. Some scratches and wear at the tip, but it is a very old solid piece dated from somewhere between 1900-1940.
