Sterling silver, marcasite and gemstone asymmetrical Rin size 6.75

Unique sterling ring stamped 925 with small marcasite stones and a larger amber coloured gemstone. The colour is a reddish orange, which makes me think it is a topaz or citrine. I don't believe it's soft enough to be actual amber. The ring is a unique shape. It doesn't appear damaged in anyway, but the asymmetrical face just feels like something is off or missing. Size 6.75
