Tiered taffeta & velvet skirt

Size M/L. Green velvet on the top with four tiers of flouncy taffeta. Hem trimmed with lace. Short underskirt made of knit fabric. Material tag says 65% cotton. Gently worn. The elastic waist is a little stretched, and there are some tiny burn holes as shown. It is a full, fun skirt with lots of life left in it. Waist 15” flat lay Length 33”
