Vintage 1991 Mattel stuffed toy “Penny” the Dalmatian and second vintage pup

Two vintage stuffed toy animal dogs. Once is Mattel’s “Penny” the Dalmatian. The other small stuffed dog is unknown but also believed to be from the 90s. The pair are in good previously owned condition but do have some marks and one paw has loose threads (as photographed) from normal use.
