Vintage Chippy red paint knife sharpener

This is a very cute vintage knife sharpener which is 9" long. The handle is red beige and black. Made by Skyline in England. It has tarnish and rust spots but in nice condition for it's age. Would make a nice decorative piece for a farmhouse kitchen.
