There are small dots throughout the garments like this and when you look closely, you can see its just part of the way the fabric was died originally. Material: rayon Care instructions: Wash cool and lay flat or hang to dry. The texture of this garment: The way the material is a bit ribbed is called "broomstick". To maintain this finish iver time, when removed damp from the washer, before laying or hanging to dry, gently twist the garment until it doubles backnon itself like a rope. Leave for 10-30 minutes and then proceed with opening and air drying as you would normally. See third to last photo for reference.
