You were right...this is a gorgeous watch. It just barely fits...not quite as much slack as I like, so I may decide to purchase a new band. There definitely were links removed...all new watches have longer bands than this one. It's beautiful, and I'm definitely going to enjoy wearing it, so I can't wait to purchase a new battery.
