This was definitely a surprise, it goes beyond just mailing the required item on the website. I would give her a 10 rating if available. Thank you for the time and effort to make sure the Talbots Pin was packaged professionally. The Talbots Bicycle Pin is as described on the website and it looks better in person. It was not necessary, but thank you for the makeup bag and also placing everything in a pop plastic favor bag. This was all placed in a unpadded USPS brown envelope. Very original! I wish you great success in your small business. thank
