Hand-tinted real photo postcard from France, postmarked 1910, featuring the staged studio scene “Éducation Maternelle – Le Compliment.” A young boy offers flowers as a compliment, with a finely dressed woman and child looking on. Published by Stebbing, Photo. This postcard embodies the elegance of the Belle Époque era, with Art Nouveau–influenced details in the décor and fashion. Includes original French correspondence and a 10c red stamp on the reverse, addressed to Paris. Condition: Good overall, but may show natural signs of age like paper discoloration or wear on the edges and corners. Postmarked 1910.
