young_tuner @tylergreen_00 The grills come with a silicone moulding to fit your teeth's impression. Basically you just put the moulding onto the grills and dip it in hot boiled water for 20 seconds. It'll soften and then you place it on your teeth.

young_tuner @tylergreen_00 This grill comes as a single piece. To get your teeth's impression, put the moulding onto the grills and submerge it into hot boiled water for 20 seconds. It'll soften and then you place and hold it on your teeth.

young_tuner Also, the moulding can be reheated and moulded again but just don't leave it in hot water for more than 20 seconds at a time. Otherwise, it will shrink like a raisin.
