Baby Kelly is now known as Chelsea, but still the youngest of Barbie's baby sisters. However, in 1995, she was still known as Kelly, who is sitting in a blue and white high chair eating some McDonald's nuggets as you can see from the box with the infamous golden arches. The McDonald's box on top of the high chair slides side to side which raises Kelly's arms up to show her excitement.
