3/$24 1996 Barbie Splash 'n Color Skipper

Vintage 1996 Barbie Splash 'n Color Skipper #16171 Please note last picture is stock photo for reference only. 3 for $24 or add to any buddle for $8 (minimum $20 bundle) There is some stickiness around her neck. It doesn't look like there is any damage but I can only someone took it off at some point because likely some glue. Still moves normal so whoever did it did a good job except for the residue stickiness. Spots on her legs, see photos. Doll has had hair shampooed and conditioned. Body has been washed with dawn soap and water. Any questions, please ask :)
