anggrad @seblasi it goes to above the bra cup. You can wear a normal bra with it. There's a snap that clasp right at bra to hold the wrap together.

anggrad @gzwyf hi I measured from shoulder to bottom of ruffle & about 38 inches. From waist to ruffle it's about 21 inches.

anggrad @diamondblu yes, it's true to size. It's a wrap style gown & so it's very forgiving at the waist. You can pull tighter or looser to fit properly. Cross over at chest has a hidden snap to keep closed.
