Are these juniors sizes or woman's?

@sarama1 in my opinion, for this dress I would recommend going up in size rather than going down. The waist has an elastic band which stretches so that's helpful if you do decide to go with a medium. Are there any particular measurements you would like me to take to help you decide? I'm at work for another few hours, but I can get them to you later when I return home.

@qnsgirl it's hard to say for sure. I am out of larges, but I would think a medium would be just fine for you. If it helps, the waist of the dress is stretchy. Across the waistband measures 12", but stretches to 16". From top to bottom the dress measures 25" (measured the middle of the front of the dress). I hope that helps!
