This dress is A-line and there is no indication where the waist or hip would be. where the waist and hip would be really depend on the torso length of the person wearing it. That said the bottom opening is 23 inches flat. You can get an idea of the flare of the dress based on this and the bust and length measurements given above. Thanks!
