anna_marie_34 @adelle14 from the top to bottom is about 31 inches, waist laying flat is 14 but has a little bit of stretch, and the length of the skirt from the waist is 16.5. Hope that helps!

anna_marie_34 @indiana31 so sorry for the late reply!! Classes just started so I’ve been a little busy but there isn’t a major difference! The small just fit me tighter up top than the medium did, the medium would’ve worked perfectly as well I just personally liked the fit of the small better. Since the small has been worn I can offer a bit lower of a price if you think it would fit better!!
