macgilloig16 Hi! Hoping you can help me a little...should I buy based on the City Chic size chart or the measurements you listed? I'm between sizes so I want to make sure I'm getting the right one...I think the 18 will be too big but the 16 might be too tight if there's no give in the material

raidhercloset1 I would say to go by our measurements of the dress. When we do measure it is not all the way around, we measure across. Sometimes sizes can be off by a few inches and thats why i would advise going off our measurements. If you would like me to resize anything please let me know.
