New without tags, it's only ever been tried on. Sold out, purchased from Nordstrom. The skirt is the blue print, the red photo is just for. The factory pictures make it look like a lighter blue than it is, the other photos are more accurate. The material hangs so nice and the print is gorgeous. It's a size 6, but this skirt runs small. It would fit a 4 or someone who is between a 4-6, or a small 6.
