So cute. Fun ribbon trim. This fit my daughter closer to 3 years old. Worn once or twice only. A bit smushed from storage but not awful and still very wearable. See pic. Smoke free home. I actually don't see a brand tag and I'm not sure where I bought it. Maybe Target or Gymboree? Part of 5 for $13 sale! ❄️
