unicornponypop @ladybookworm The belt comes in one size and is elastic so it accommodates more than one size. It measures 28 inches in length, the front can be tied tighter to fit even smaller sizes. The middle part is 6 inches wide. And the elastic can stretch about 7 additional inches. Hope that helps! Let me know if you have any other questions :)

unicornponypop @ladybookworm most prefer it fitting tight to give the Waist sinching or “corset” effect. The elastic allows for a more comfortable and less rigid wear.
