👗very pretty green dress with a stretchy back waist. The tag states a 4X but the waist measurement is 16 laying flat. I’m a 18 and it doesn’t even go over my head ! It is a smaller dress than 4X. I think it’s more like a 12/14. I think it’s miss-marked. It’s very pretty🌺
