I had the opposite problem. I ordered my normal size (7) and seemed to fit perfectly T first, but by the end of the day my large toe was bruised under the toenail from being squeezed by the leather. I ordered a size 8, and while they do seem very slightly too big, they don't hurt at all, and they look great. Good luck finding your right size!

@theleelee_b I just measured the difference between my size 8 and size 7 tieks, from tip of turquoise (near tow) to end of turquoise (near heel). The difference is about a quarter inch. I don't know if the size difference proportion is the same from a size 7 to a size 6, but I imagine it would be. Hope that helps!

@theleelee_b Also, are you a size 6 or 6.5? If a true 6, then Tieks size 6 will probably fit you fine. If 6.5, then it's a toss! I think I'm closer to a 7.5, which is why the bigger size work better for me.

@alexandra413 my right foot is a true 6.5 and my left is a size 6. I know that many people have feet that aren’t the exact same size but mine are a distinct half size difference and it’s the worst. But thank you for the insight regarding half sizes—I totally spaced on that detail because of all the stories I’d heard about always sizing up with Tieks. :)

@kah26 i received your counter offer but I’m trying to minimize my financial loss. The replacement pair I found are $140ish so by selling mine for the same price, I’m losing $25 😕 I really can’t go any lower than that (unless I find another pair that are cheaper)
