London Times Cocktail Dress

Black & cream shudder pleat / sheath dress. Ruffle collar with rose flower. Worn once. One layer (shudder) at bottom has small fray. Refer to photo. All layers are “raw” edges, so probably not too uncommon. Built in shell with adjustable straps. Price reflects condition, but offers welcomed!! Polyester/Rayon. Dry clean.
