Halter Tie Dress

This dress is a knockout. Stretch knit fabric that drapes nicely. Collar is 1.5” wide and covered in rhinestones. Fabric tabs tie at the back of the neck. Look at how beautifully the dress drapes in the back. Length from top of shoulder is 28”. Bust is 16”. Waist is 14”. Hips are 16” Hemline is 16”.
