Awesome satiny colorblock blouse from the 70’s. Thick shoulder pads. Loop button closure on front and sleeves. Marked as a petite XS but will fit a small too. See measurements Shoulder to shoulder seam 14.5 Chest 18 Length 21.5 Sleeves 22 I’m a small and it fits. Maybe it’s supposed to fit loose as an XS Hippie 1970’s. Retro. Mod
