samariank @likehannah Hello Hannah, you purchased the RLL Black Crossbody bag from me and I thank you. You should have received another large box from me in error! It is an Amazon box and I inadvertently placed the wrong shipping label on. If you could either return it to me or I can email you the correct shipping label to re-mail it to the correct address I will be grateful. I will allow you to pick from a select few items for free! samariank Thank you for responding RE: the return process. Poshmark Support emailed the following: At this time, we have reached out to the buyer in regard to receiving the wrong item. In the meantime, we kindly ask that you also reach out to the buyer via the comment section of your listing to request they open a formal request to return this item. Once they open up the request, we will be able to issue them a shipping label to ship the wrong item they received back to you.

likehannah @samariank so I heard back from poshmark, and it seems like they may not just send a free mailing label — I think I’ll have to put up a listing in my shop so you can buy the box/get the mailing label so I can ship it back to you. I’ll just list it at $3 to cover the posh fee.
