Free People Blue Loose Top, NEW WITH TAGS

This shirt is a dreamy, billowy little jewel. Really pretty, rich blue with handkerchief shape on the bottom. Lettuce hemming screams “Lettuce party!” (Get it? Like “let us”? Ok. Cool.) And despite all the beautiful details, it’s never been worn! (The reason? I’m simply not worthy.)
