princesstiff25 @bellashock hi! no this dress is not see through it has two layers. the first layer is a solid navy fabric and covers until mid thigh to knees. the second layer is thin but covers over the first layer. if i have the straps on the shortest length it's approx. 52" & if i have the straps on the longest length it's approx. 56". i hope this helps! :)
