Bag was sent from the wholesale distributor with this appearance. It has an almost dirty look to the fabric with areas of discoloration. Please see pictures for more detail. Inner pocket has storage for cards/ID. Metal gold handles and snaps close. Measurements: Across Bottom of bag 11 1/2” Top to bottom 12 1/4”
