Vintage Black Peplum Top 100% silk

A beautiful vintage peplum top, buttons up in the front and also has snaps to prevent the spaces between the buttons from gaping. 100% silk. Low in the back makes for a very attractive look. Is labeled as a size 4, but as this is a vintage price the sizing runs small. I would say it would fit a size 2 best. The model wears size small, and is a 34B.
