New vintage high rise flare houndstooth trouser

Brand new, purchased at vintage fair with tags many years ago. Wide leg flare high waisted trouser. Micro gingham houndstooth print. Super flattering fit and style. Bought in Brazil. Size says 46. Approximate measurements lying flat unstretched: waist 17" (so 34" all around approximately), rise 11", inseam 33.5". I think this fits like a size 10 but please see measurements to be sure. Box MM.
