Vibrant blue leopard/floral peplum top

This adorable peplum top has a slightly high-low skirting, three-quarter length sleeve and lace detailing on the front. It’s very stylish and has been worn, but is still in good shape. The color is bright and navy blue and the pattern looks to be leopard print or slightly floral - just depends on your perspective!
