60s or 70s vintage beaded dress

50 % silk hand sewn Heftco dress from Hong Kong says 14 but vintage so check measurements!!! This is vintage and much smaller than current sizes. I wear an 8-10 and it was too tight on me. Bust 36 - comfortable for 32-34 (guessing, I’m a 35 and it’s a bit snug) Waist: 36 - under 34-35 would probably be OK Hips: 38 - under 36 would probably be OK. This is the part that’s too snug for me. 3/4 length sleeves.
