60s vintage nautical anchor embroidered red white striped sailor tank top blouse

this is an adorable vintage red and white striped tank top by M.H. Fine Co. from the 60s featuring a large navy blue anchor embroidery at the centre front – love how classic yet novelty this piece is! the sleeveless top features a round neckline, wide straps, and darting around the bust. the fabric is untagged but it is super lightweight and feels textured/ribbed (perhaps a polyester blend?) and the garment has a roomy and boxy fit, and is unlined. such a great vintage piece that would be great for casual every day wear or to bring with you on your next coastal vacation! tagged as size small, however I would say this does not fit true to size, and would best fit womens size large, or more oversized on size medium. in great vintage condition with no noticeable flaws. measurements (lying flat): bust (armpit to armpit): 17.5” across (35” when doubled) armpit to bottom hem: 19” centre back length: 24.5” bottom hem opening: 22.5”
