Adorable blue sheer dress with poofy sleeves and lace detailing. Note the lace is itchy. If I were keeping this, I’d probably line the underside of the lace with a satin ribbon. Underarm to underarm 17 1/2” lying down approx. A few minor fabric imperfections (last pic) that are surface level and not noticeable from a distance.
