Adorable little vintage black and white polka dot top. It looks like it may have been home sewn. Wide white collar, fitted waist, and round white buttons down the front. The sleeves are a bit puffy with an almost bat wing style. The sleeve openings look as though they’ve been taken in then let out again, but no discernible damage. A quick press will straighten that out. I bought her at a vintage sale but never had the opportunity to wear her.
